The people are awesome...genuine, nice, professional, fun. Always challenges but company supports the employees and work for common goals. Plenty of nice events throughout the year and outstanding charity and community service work.

Need to get brand awareness out more...the recent LI video was really good in telling "our" story as well as a great presentation for an opening. Need more of that to get our name/brand out there even more!

The company has been growing, but still has a fairly flat organizational structure. That can be good and bad, depending on your preferences and goals. I will state, however, that BlueSky strives to promote from within and place its employees on desired career paths, but advancement into management roles over the near term could be viewed as being somewhat limited.
