Pros

This company is defiantly growing & on the way to be the top credit card processor in the US. Proud to have had the opportunity to work for them.

Kontras

Won't allow you to receive 40 hours even though we worked 40 hours per week.

Pros

This review is from a very long time ago. It was the early days of BluePay during the early 2000s. I believe this company has been acquired, at least once. It is called Clover as of this writing. At the time, BuePay had excellent leadership who cared about the people, product, and continuous improvement. Different CEO, president and parent company.

Pros

Hard work and good ideas are appreciated, and compensated here. If you just want to earn a salary, you can work anywhere, but if you really want to be a part of something, Bluepay is very rewarding! Bring your dreams and ideas, as well as the energy to execute on them.

Kontras

I suspect it's difficult to succeed if you aren't a "self starter." Bluepay is in a transitional phase between cowboy startup and traditional corporate culture, so you need to be able to adapt.
