I am a current employee at BlueHarbor and have worked here for a year. This is a fast growing start-up company with huge potential in the auto finance space. The company’s core values are grounded on the basic principal of doing the right thing for the customer. The culture is inviting, people are friendly and employees genuinely enjoy coming to work and meeting goals and expectations. The call center is lively and team oriented, and the positions available offer great pay and benefits. The management team and executive teams are hands on, and always looking to improve processes to meet customer expectations. This is a fast paced environment, and the days fly by very quickly. I would recommend BlueHarbor as a service as well as an employer. In order to be successful at BlueHarbor you must have a passion for exceptional customer service, a willingness to be flexible, and be eager to learn and grow. From my experience, individuals that can (1) hit the ground running, (2) are willing to jump in where they are needed and (3) can wear multiple hats have the most potential to be extremely successful at a company like this. This is not a suit and tie stuffy corporate structure, but rather an innovative, growing 100+ team environment.
