remote work. good supervisors in my department but the senior leadership is a mess. most customers are nice but older and not technology savvy.

huge turnover in our department and other senior people. we are viewed as fully replaceable and theyre quick to fire which is why most of us are either trying to transfer to other teams or looking to get out. it was a good place to work when I started but all the changes have made our bosses scared. now it's simply who took the most calls and you get yelled at if your bathroom break runs more than 5 minutes. SERIOUSLY. they don't care if your computer had issues. you'll get written up at the drop of a hat. and lots of senior people are leaving or getting pushed out which isn't a good sign. the bonus plan is a joke ,nobody gets anywhere close to their max bonus. they talk about diversity but at the top levels there's almost 0.

Working at Blue Stream Fiber has been a very positive experience. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and truly wants employees to succeed. The company offers great benefits and provides real opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees are treated fairly and with respect, which creates a positive work environment. One thing I especially appreciate is how leadership keeps everyone informed and in the loop about what’s happening within the company. Overall, it’s a company that values its employees and encourages professional development.

As the company continues to grow, there are times when a lot of changes and responsibilities are introduced all at once, which can occasionally feel overwhelming. Communication is generally strong, but at times there can be some lack of clarity or mixed messaging during fast-moving periods. Slowing down briefly to ensure alignment and clear expectations could help make transitions even smoother for employees.
