Pros

1. Salary on time. 2. Good India leadership

Kontras

Things used to be different here. Before the current CTO arrived, we had a great team and strong leadership with our former CTO and former and current India lead. Now, it feels like the company is going downhill. The current CTO favors new hires, giving them higher salaries and more opportunities, while ignoring the contributions of long-time employees. This creates a lot of resentment and demotivates everyone. His autocratic style, and poor decision-making and incorrect technology choices is dragging company down drastically. The CTO doesn't have a clear product vision for where we're going, and his technical decisions are often questionable, as he has zero technical understanding and depth. A Big question mark on how come management can choose him as a CTO ??? He is truly a Chief Technical Manager than Chief Technology Officer really. Company is wasting time and resources on projects that are going nowhere. It's frustrating to see that nothing meaningful has been delivered in over a year, despite huge investments in new hires and contractors. and surprising no one seems to be questioning on the outcome to the CTO. Costs are probably skyrocketing, and everyone on the ground can see that the company is heading in the wrong direction, however the CEO and board seem to be blind to the problems caused by the CTO's poor leadership and it's clear that they are out of touch with ground reality, and it's worrying for the future of the company.

To support this growth: - We are implementing personalized training programs tailored to individual needs - Every engineer has been provided access to premium learning platforms - We're establishing mentorship opportunities with our new technical experts - Regular technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions are being organized Team Structure and New Hires: We understand the concerns about new hires and contractors joining our team. These additions are strategic, bringing specific expertise to accelerate our technology adoption and complement our existing team's strengths. Every role – whether long-standing team member or new hire – is vital to our success. We are committed to ensuring equitable growth opportunities for all team members, regardless of tenure. Progress and Results: Our entire team has been working diligently on this transformation, and we're seeing encouraging results. Leadership and Direction: We have full confidence in our technical leadership team, which brings extensive experience in scaling products successfully – both from technical and revenue perspectives. Their track record in growing products at scale directly aligns with Blue Ridge's strategic objectives. We understand that changes in leadership style and approach can be challenging to adapt to, and we're committed to ensuring clear communication of our technical vision and decision-making process. Pros

Fully Remote & Base Pay are good... But!

Kontras

Sales leadership (CRO and VP level) demonstrated inconsistent and selective enforcement of compliance standards, which were later used to pressure and threaten employment within the first 1–2 months. Commitments made during onboarding were not honored, including a pre-approved one-week family vacation, which was later used against me upon departure. There is a documented pattern of unfair compensation and quota practices. Multiple employees have left the organization due to these issues. Of eight Account Executives, only one is consistently hitting quota—and that individual has been with the company since its earliest days. The remaining seven AEs are not earning commission under the current structure. Prospective candidates should carefully evaluate leadership practices, quota realism, and compensation transparency before joining.
