Starts out like a bang, ends with a dud. - FQT bei Blu Perspective: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked for Blu a few years ago and at the time the manager we worked for did seems to care and was not organized. I meet the owner and he treated me like we were working at the same level and that has stayed with me and why I actually came back. This time around they have a whole next management team! A great group of people and they meet me my first day, asked about me personally and trained me. They have always treated me like I was their first priority...and actually value me. Great job of listening and changing the work place!

My con was PTO, but they just changed the policy....you use to have to wait a long time, but now if is like 90 days and you have all your benefits...pretty cool. The asked us the ONE thing we would like to improve and most of us wanted more time available. 3 months later....it was addressed....nice to know the owners listen.
