We get to work with great companies and create content for great brands, we enjoy what we do and it shows. The principals who founded this company really know their business and how to make a job fun and rewarding.

Blockdot was the leader in Advergaming during the past decade and was seen as a gaming expert for casual gaming. Work environment is extremely relaxed with shorts & flip flops. Good people with a high value for family friendly work hours.

Blockdot leadership is struggling to define a new direction as the focus has shifted away from advergaming. Parent company, Media General, fails to understand how to best support Blockdot in its transition phase. Media General is a newspaper company that is slowly dying and hasn't figured out how to best leverage the digital properties it owns.
