Highly capable seniors to work with in the company. No politics and lean team that rewards performers.

Some of the former employees are toxic, hence former employees. Lean team hence there is alot of proper handover to do if you go on leave, and sometimes have to work on leave too even though unlimited leave.

Do your own research before joining. It is quite different from what I expecting.
