Constantly changing different formats to the day management routine leads to do what they want micromanage and favoritism. Being combat veteran it's hard for the fact is that I feel that they think because I'm a veteran that I can handle all the excessive physical stuff, I can do I see a lot of selfish and no empathy there's no common ground there's no even line I got a team lead that coddles and other member while two others are always doing everything all the hard work. There's no room for growth no advancement no incentive
