      Major transparency, leadership is incredible and has my full trust + respect, people are wonderful and open-minded, company is always innovating, unlimited PTO

      Kontras

      Just starting 401k matching so the program is not as developed as some others yet (but will get there). Still working on building a more diverse workforce as well.
