Zero care for the employees—an awful HR policy where nothing can be asked of the leads without retaliation. The leaders don't like it when someone proposes new alternatives to solve an issue; they simply change the person and assign someone else to the project that nods and keeps it shut. There's a horrible feud between the European and the Latin American teams that creates a lot of delays because they are not able to agree with each other's perspective, and the project managers aren't effective in making an actual effort to integrate the parts. Usually, there's nothing planned for deliverables expecting to have the solutions for granted. Lots and lots of shady things are done under the hood.
