Some hardcore bullying tactics coming from managers, particularly talking about what’s going on in Marketing. During trade shows you get absolutely worked to the bone, working weekends, consecutive 14 hour days and with little to no overtime given. I’m not sure why but there’s a real boys club, if you’re not in with a particular person, you will not go anywhere career wise, you may also be thrown under the bus when things aren’t your fault too. The bullying and mistreatment of employees comes right from the top, this certain individual is so out of touch with reality and can’t get over himself. If you work here you will know what I’m talking about within the first week.
