You get private insurance, which is not good but it was something.

Too much stress and multitasking. You only have 4 minutes to document everything that happened on a 1-2 hour phone call. They are always breathing on your neck and if you are one of the last to leave, you cannot leave until you handle everything it's pending. Also, they block some times of the month (depend on the product that you work with) and you cannot request days off or vacations. Also, their software sucks, and internally it's a mess. It can become quite a task to help a customer when you don't know how or who to reach out to for help.
