Pros

Located in an area where the stay is comparatively cheaper than other areas of Bangalore. Honestly there are barely any pros that can make a difference

Kontras

It’s honestly one of the most toxic workplaces I have come across. There is constantly yelling and disrespect from upper management is totally normalised. You cannot approach the India HR. The HR team is not people oriented to discuss any employee issues There are strict biometrics to check login logout timings Doesn’t involve any employee engagement activities inspite of forcing employees to come 5 days to office. Absolutely no work life balance. Management is rude No diversity in terms of age. You find only 40+ years old employees There is an expectation to work even during your vacations The ones who are rated in high performance are not because of their merit but because of their overworking willingness It’s not an open door policy There is a LOT MORE. It’s a very strict culture Please research on LinkedIn, you’ll find high attrition. My only request is reach out to people on LinkedIn who have left soon and ask them their reasoning. Everything would point to management and strict work culture.

Pros

The data center work itself was interesting and there were opportunities to gain exposure to large-scale projects. Some coworkers on-site were supportive and hardworking.

Kontras

Leadership and communication were extremely inconsistent. There was little structure, minimal training, and employees often felt like they were expected to figure things out on their own without proper support or mentorship. Workloads and expectations changed constantly depending on who you spoke to. The company talks about growth, but many employees are underutilized or not actually developed professionally. It often felt more reactive than organized, especially from upper management. Decisions were made with very little transparency, and morale suffered because of it. There was also a noticeable disconnect between corporate leadership and the realities of what was happening on-site. Many employees felt expendable rather than valued.
