Never join to spoil your career. Should not be any rating for Bizzmanweb. Most worst company I have ever seen. No infrastructure, no system for employees. Total messy. Even HR give instructions to designers to manipulate graphics. Other designers use dirty slang language like bal, bara, laora, in front of lady designers. No proper system to work, they use old damage laptops for graphics design. Some old employees force to work on Sundays as well from home. They need designs & ideas to be done in 10 minutes. Salary comes after 10day of every month or more.
