Flexible work schedule and some colleagues are very ok.

Offer extremely low salaries, unrealistically low I could say, in accordance with the experience or quality of the employee. They make many promises but do not keep any of them(600 euro salary/month and in two years it has remained the same). The work equipment and tools are extremely poor.
