We understand your concerns regarding the sales targets set by the company, and we apologise for any frustration or stress it has caused. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our sales team and are continuously evaluating our pricing model to ensure that it aligns with our values and meets the needs of our employees and customers. However, it does take some time for all the new changes to come into effect, and we ask for your patience whilst we work through the areas that require improvement.
We are also committed to providing our sales team with the support they need to meet their targets. We have put in place a variety of resources and tools to help them achieve their goals, including sales training and coaching.
