Pouquissíma rotativadade. - Projetos Multiplayer com bastante personalidade. -Salários estão em um bom nível para o porte da empresa. -Empresa super diversa e inclusiva.

      - Lidando com o crescimento da empresa, necessidade de burocratização e criação de processos, é uma transição díficil considerando a cultura. - Devido a resistência por criação de processos, a liderança as vezes fica sobrecarregada e têm dificuldade de acompanhar a crescente equipe.
