Till my experience, salary gets credited on time i.e. 1st of every month.

1. I had been told to be converted on client side within a 6 months from my joining but after joining they changed the policy to 1 year. Where as one of my friend got converted on the same client within a 3 months from her joining. 2. Usually increments happen in march, but I have been told that they have changed there policy to June on a same year I joined (I doubt). 3. After my last day of work with Bit By Bit, I have been told my salary is under process on 1st of June (26th May was my last day) and will be credited shortly, but later on they said I will get paid after 30-45 days only as per policy. 4. Only received a leave policy document at the time of joining. So there are lots of loop holes for the management if they don't want to process for you.
