Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with your coworkers and that the role has provided meaningful opportunities to learn more about the IT field.
We understand compensation is an important part of the employee experience. We work to be transparent by publishing pay information in our job postings before candidates apply, and we evaluate compensation based on the role, market competitiveness, benefits, remote work, and the level of responsibility required.
Support roles at BisectHosting are designed with progression opportunities. As employees advance from entry-level support into higher support levels or other internal roles, compensation increases along with the additional technical skill, ownership, and complexity of the work. Many team members have grown from support into higher-paying roles across the company, and we want employees to understand what is needed to take that next step.
We also appreciate the feedback about communication. Even when compensation decisions are tied to role level and performance expectations, employees should feel comfortable having constructive conversations about advancement and growth. We’ll continue working to make those expectations clearer and easier to discuss.
Thank you again for your feedback.
