      Interviewed for IT Manager / Director role -- wound up working as desktop support. Organization vision is muddy, organization itself is chaotic. Internal Product training is ill conceived and unprofessional. Getting anything of consequence done was a difficult task My direct manager was in another country and although he is an admirable and good person, it was difficult to connect with him due to the distance. Petty and political bickering at all levels
