Little room for progression after a certain point. It’s a place that promotes people based on friendships and their relationship with management so you have to play the game or you’ll be left behind. It’s very cliquey and I believe the environment enables & normalises a bullying culture. They will happily increase the workload whilst the salary remains the same and they will constantly shift the goal post for what it means to be doing good work. Inconsistencies & lack of cohesion in the way different departments work with each other.
