Pros
When they advertise flexible working option, they really mean it! Remuneration package and benefits is pretty decent compared to other big players in this industry and I personally did not see a huge gender pay gap either. Management is transparent about their goals and are mostly open to suggestions. So, not sure what this bad press is all about.

No flexibility on annual leave schedule. The company forces their employees to use up all annual leave allocation in the current year without giving the option to carry over unused holidays, Although this is a good idea, this may be beneficial to all employees who have different needs. They also do not have option to buy holiday, which would be a reasonable cost saving to the company as well
