Driven and disciplined organization doing great work to help patients with deadly or debilitating diseases. The motivation employees gleen from these patients is palpable. The level of intelligence among all departments is impressive. It is generally a place where you can act on your own ideas and see them through fruition. Strong performance is rewarded here better than most places I've seen or experienced.
Kontras
The velocity at which this company operates can be tiresome and intimidating. There is little room for work/life balance. If you seek stabilty then this is the wrong palce for you. Change here is rapid and frequent. It is difficult at times to distinguish between whether someone is truly a strong performer or just a 'teacher's pet.'
