major, loud problems amongst the c-suite leading to visibly poor and unorganized management and culture. product releases are disorganized making it difficult to know what's actually happening within products we sell and what the priorities are. every release note is wrong and there are no actual technical writers to describe the product that exists. to add on this impacts the customer success organization from delivering information that a customer asks about the product, let alone know how to use the intended product. company is going in too many directions and is not fully competent in one direction to begin with. biofourmis leadership does not have a clear direction and uses a lot of buzzwords which can be reflected in some of the press releases that the company puts out. no confidence that this company will succeed. thankful to be a part of the most recent layoff to be able to get out.
