BioVid is full of people who truly enjoy mentoring and building up more junior employees, instead of hoarding knowledge and clients. -The people are brilliant and have diverse backgrounds (and no ego). You get to work alongside PHDs, practicing psychologists and clinicians who are still actively involved in the research. -You are enabled to do world class research without the hurdles and red tape in other organizations. BioVid is growing rapidly, which gives a ton of opportunity while still being nimble.

-I honestly can’t think of any. It’s difficult work, but you wouldn’t be in this industry if you weren’t smart. The workload ebbs and flows, which is typical for market research. I usually have slow periods in the summer and get busy in the winter (or whenever the client’s fiscal year is ending). BioVid does a really good job of balancing the workload though, no one is ever stuck working a 70 hour week while others clock 40. -Diversity needs more work, but the company is making active efforts here. It’s an industry-wide issue.
