The culture at Biosolutia is wonderful! Everyone is friendly and seems to truly want to help one another. There's also bagel fridays. Huge plus!

The biggest con is the training. The training provided is discouraging and not sufficient. You may get two weeks of training and then you are thrown with someone to shadow for a week and then they shadow you for a week. The person I shadowed had been there 4 years. He was not very patient and expected that I should know the process quickly. This created a lot of frustration. There was so many things not shown in the classroom training. If Biosolutia would provided better training I think retaining customer service representatives would be easy. Right now people are coming and going. I truly feel this is due to the training.
