Computer system is horrible. Your work week is never 40hours more like 60 hours. You will not receive any compensation for that. Forget about the bonus it doesn't exist. A written warning is a termination warning . Human resources will say that they will help in anyway possible. Don't believe them start looking for a new job. If anyone in upper management doesn't like you they will find any reason possible to get rid of you. They do not consider how long you have worked for them nor do they take in consideration that its the first warning in your file.
