Non management staff, nothing else

Management are clueless about science. If you value career progression and scientific integrity, do not work here. The management staff are not scientist. They want to run a school, which is their background. The CEO will push into the media (biased) about success in research and funding, but the staff know the reality which is the funding is acquired fraudulently and no research has or will take place at biograd. Chatting at desks is discouraged. Students are taught in the old storage with no research or academic standards. Councils are lied to regarding student details to secure funding.

Staff are great, most of the team work hard The teaching is fantastic The courses are fun to teach

Direction from management changes a lot.
