      Opportunity to learn and explore. People are warm and welcoming. It is a great work place for self starters as the company is not regimented.

      It is a small close knit company. Therefore, getting hired is quite difficult. It can be overwhelming to work if you are used to working in a very controlled environment with set protocols

      Friendly, comfortable environment. All the people that I worked with here were great, and easy to work with.

      Sometimes scheduling a web meeting was difficult due to varying schedules. (I didn't really encounter many cons as an intern).
