nice company and is growing bigger and stronger, good benefit but we are paying more and more. In-house training academy is great.

Not many career advancement opportunities. No HR system to protect employees from retaliation if s/he is unlucky to have a bad manager. Lots of talented people left the company. Management is cutting headcounts so everyone is getting busier.
