As an international worker when not that many internationals were present in the company (less than 10 in total), the place has an awful environment: no one speaks in English in your presence, this does not only happen during lunch breaks, but also during work meetings. It is a constant struggle that makes you feel more and more excluded everyday. People show zero empathy. There is also a lot of criticize behind people's back, which makes the place even more toxic. The working philisophy is to do things as fast as possible, and details do not matter at all.

Gained huge amount of knowledge in anaerobic fermentation, working with anaerobic chamber, HPLC, small scale fermentation in SB.

Quite long working hours, but a lot of experience gained thanks to it.
