Pros

- free lunch on fridays -decent health benefits - many coworkers are super nice

- the company is quite disorganized and has little to no formalized processes, internal documentation, or anything like that. It’s pretty much a free for all. Management frequently says that it’s like the Wild West (which doesn’t garner much confidence) -the sales team does not set proper expectations with customers, nor do they provide internal notes. In fact, I’ve seen numerous customers cancel because they were promised certain things by sales and those things weren’t even possible in the platform - management either doesn’t listen or they don’t care. Numerous employees have voiced concerns or grievances or even suggestions and nothing gets done - lastly, the company forced everyone back into the office in July out of the blue. People explained their concerns with this idea but leadership pretty much disregarded everything and forced everyone back in

The people who work here are incrdible! Honestly the greatest group of people I have ever worked with
