- The company provides a collaborative and great work culture with which the employee can have a proper work-life balance. - It's a great place to start or develop one’s career as the management aims at providing equal opportunities and space to execute one’s ideas and skills. - Organizational structures are skill- and knowledge-based rather than hierarchical - Provides flexible work arrangements—remote/in-office. - I’ve been with this team right from the start of my career. Over the period of years, with their guidance and teamwork, I've seen a substantial growth in my career & can see a lot more interesting challengers down the line in my path, which can keep me engaged and passionate about my work.

• Freedom to Choose Technology: One of the standout aspects of working here is the freedom to choose the technology stack that best suits the project. This level of autonomy allows developers to experiment with new tools and frameworks, leading to more innovative and efficient solutions. • Collaborative Environment: Managers/Supervisors are very supportive and give guidance in terms of professional & personal space. And Everyone is willing to help each other out. • Work-Life Balance: Even though its a small company, it values work-life balance, offering flexible working hours and remote work options. Many of you would definitely like this. • Engaging activities: Every year they conduct both indoor and outdoor sports activities which helps to understand and collaborate with other people also refresh our mind. • Good management: Since the management people are former employees from different company, they can understand the ground level and they are open to feedback and make efforts to create a positive work environment.

Company Benefits & Perks: The benefits & perks package could be more competitive. While the essentials are covered, additional perks like internet allowance can be excluded from CTC, Bringing more goodies on every year/special occasions, and other more comprehensive benefits would go a long way in enhancing employee satisfaction. I hope it resolved in future when company grows. Salary Hikes: While the overall compensation package is fair, the frequency and scale of salary hikes could be improved. Again I hope if company got more projects. this con will not be here
