While the essentials are covered, additional perks like internet allowance can be excluded from CTC, Bringing more goodies on every year/special occasions, and other more comprehensive benefits would go a long way in enhancing employee satisfaction. Salary Hikes:
While the overall compensation package is fair, the frequency and scale of salary hikes could be improved. Again I hope if company got more projects. this con will not be here
