Travel, new faces, new places

Low starting pay, three day training with another tech only, was told word for word " Micromanagement is a big part of new job." WHAT? That is the number one toxic trait to have in management!!! I was verbally attacked by woman who was a "business partner" and locked in room with this person whom I had just met that day and my boss didn't address it whatsoever and that is why I ended my employment. No onboarding program whatsoever. Constant watching of GPS in my car and blowing my phone up with texts wanting to know where and when and what I was doing. When I was doing what I was told on my calendar. Never once used please or thank you in any conversation with anyone once. I would go the extra mile and help with computer issues my first week there I helped for 6 hours try to fix a computer program to which my boss said nothing and then said just drop it I will have someone else do it Monday. After I told him I fixed it. I even sent a picture as proof. No thank you no nothing. Totally broke my heart and I cried. oh well. I would ask admin if Boss fix this or that and admin would say Boss is to busy to deal with that and you couldn't IMAGINE how busy he is like way above what you could even imagine. I had sent pictures of the company car that had damage on it and it need fixing so that is all I was checking on. I then was told by my boss when I ended my employment that I didn't communicate.... and that I think your personality was not a good fit for the organization. Not everyone can handle the demanding schedule....WOW, okay then!
