Flexible working, Good People, Great focus on employee engagement

Little or no communication from management & not listening to feedback from staff Low salaries Different managers left to manage their teams which means different teams get different benefits. IE one team will get flexible working the team sat next to them won't as the manager doesn't believe in it. Leaves staff feeling resentful and disengaged. Managers taking long breaks not coming in until late morning but monitoring their staffs working works to make sure they are completed ETC.
