Biffa know that to make their business strategy work, they must align it to their people and ensure first and foremost their people are the priority. Over the last couple of years Biffa have invested a huge amount of money into brand new systems and processes to keep up with technological advances and competitors, as well as investing in new trucks and even electrical vehicles. Progression and development opportunities within Biffa are fantastic, management really want to push and nurture individuals so they can become the very best within the industry.
