      Young company with energetic team. Tremendous scope for learning as they work on very niche technologies Snack bar available Company takes care of employees as they provide cad facility if someone has to stay back late. Management is very good. HR team provides all support to employees and make sure they are groomed, personal attention is provided. Frequent office parties

      Will get to learn and work on new technolgies.

      Kontras

      Unrealistic CTO thinks one has no life outside the company. If you are a local then salary will be very poor. Someone who is from outside goa will get paid double for doing the same work.

      Bidchat offers great working atmosphere, complex projects to work on where one can enhance their skills and increase knowledge base. Few good points i would like to mention are as follows - Flexible timings - Cab services - Company accommodation for non local residents - Games & Party's - Medical insurance - Performance bonus - Snacks bar
