A lot of cons. Firstly, they contacted me in December about a face-to-face training program that was to start in March. I had to clear out a couple of slots on my calendar just for that, and it's almost August now, and I haven't started yet. Then they reached out about an online program. They said I was the right fit, we did a meeting where the HR lady went through the basics of their platform, and she told me we would start the following week. The day after the meeting, I received an email stating they'd found a more suitable person for the job?? It is beyond ridiculous. So, so far, they've been very unprofessional and the experience I have with them is awful.
