I know some of you might be scared by the mean comments here. But the company is actually a great place to start your career if you are a rookie. The working environment here is very positive. You feel energetic as an employee because most of your coworkers are in their 20s. Everybody is so nice and friendly to work with. The supervisor is open-minded and glad to listen to everyone's opinions and is so supportive as well. Really learned a lot here.

People from different departments need to communicate effectively.

I had an internship there for around 4 months to get school credits. And the good thing of being intern here is that you get paid!!! The payment is actually at the average level, not bad. People in my teams are kind and always passionate on their works. During the internship, I get connected with great professionals not only in my marketing area, but also in big four, top investment banking. I had chance to network with these professionals on the networking events that we held. As a staff here, you can take advantage of all the mentor resources, and connect with them. As for the workplace, Beyond Remarkable is on Broad Street, downtown Manhattan when i was there. Now they move to the Trump Building on the Wall Street.

Before I worked there, I doubted that whether career consulting company like them can help students in their career pursuit.
