      The team is awesome. They help each other out and are some genuinely great people. You can learn a lot as a junior/mid level designer with the amount of hands on experience you get.

      The owner is all over the place in terms of expectations and involvement in projects. Learn to work around this or you'll be stressed.

      Pros

      I got to work on a variety of different projects and got to experience roles that I would have no exposure to in a larger company.

      Since the company is relatively small, work comes in waves which creates some slow days and some very intense days.
