This would help build the next generation of therapists while enhancing community engagement. Second, an increased presence across social media platforms would strengthen BetterHelp’s visibility and public outreach, ensuring that more individuals in need can access services. Lastly, I believe an increase in pay rates for seasoned professionals would better reflect the level of expertise and commitment they bring to the platform. I share these thoughts with the hope of seeing BetterHelp continue to lead and innovate within the telehealth space.
