Pros

great discount, alot of knowledge about technology is learned, sells many great products and they do offer pretty decent bennifts such as health and eye and dental care. there is technically alot of potentional to be able to advance in the company and i have seen a few people move from the bottom to a very a high position

Kontras

terrible management, not enough pay, not enough structure, allowing new people to do jobs that only expirenced workers should be able to get, schedualing issues, lying about blue crew bucks. Promotions dont happen as often as they should and they leave people in higher positions when they really aren't doing their work.

If you start out on registers up front it can be difficult to learn on the floor and find a department especially if you are not selling enough credit cards and memberships

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
