Belittled, insulted and treated generally poorly - Director of Studies bei Berlitz: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Workload is unmanageable, treated poorly by higher up employees. Allocated tasks not within my role and corroded when not done in the style expected despite not being given a sufficient brief. They take things personally and will not give hours to teachers if they believe that that individual is (in their view) causing trouble.
