The money is great a route delivery driver starts at 22.62 hour and with in 90 days your at 23.64 hour top pay for the Benicia yard drivers is 26.67 I think I know its higher than 26.50. Benefits are with Kaiser which are great because it's teamsters local 315 foreman is cool guy but doesn't take any bs and same with supervisor is a solid guy that keeps it real with you and doesn't play games my advice is watch your rear do your job and keep your head down and stay outta the he said she said nonsense

some of the workers are back stabbers and will not hesistate to snitch on you to the foreman or supervisor or even the union rep. most of the trucks are old work horses they need some new ones at the Benicia yard.
