A great group of creative, hard working and dedicated coworkers. Has taken on the challenge of expanding internationally while at the same time adapting our US business into new markets beyond coal fired generation. It is exciting to be a part of where this company is refocusing itself and the opportunities it represents for growth, both personally and company.

Not a company for someone wanting a 40 hour per week 8 to 5 job. Could be a con for some. Always could have more training and mentoring which will likely happen as the company has turned back into a growth posture.

Office environment is nice. Most employees are genuine and work extremely hard at achieving goals, deadlines, etc. Benefits package is better than average. Competitive pay if you can argue your case. CEO has keen knack for business development/direction and rallying troops.

Company policy on nepotism should be revisited. Very high Manager-to-employee ratio.
