They sell themselves as a company to empower women yet in casting meetings for models are so critical and outright gross in their comments on women’s bodies. They want to show “real” woman but as long as their stomach is flat and they have a snatched face. They over work people with absolutely no clear workflow or plan. Everything constantly changing mostly cause the ceo isn’t happy with one particular thing and everyone just jumps instead of sticking to their guns and them being trusted to know their job the best. Everyone is running on different directions and so much time and money is wasted due to the lack of communication skills and the whims the ceo has that derails all. Cost cutting exercises cost people their sanity and sleep and even trickled down to the customers experiences.
