      Loved the job and what we did and the people I worked with on the line.

      Upper management didn’t care about employees and when they got a good manager who took care of the employees other management got him fired. If you like overtime you’ll get it whether you want it or not

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
