Forced to work mandatory overtime. Raises get skipped yearly. Upper management does not care about anything but themselves. Very hard to use vacation time. Only allow 3 people off per area. Request need to be put in 9 months in advance in order to get a day off. Once in area you are not allowed to move. The require degrees to advance. An art degree is worth more then 20 years of experience.
