Great benefits - especially Pension benefits with added 13% employee contribution as well as holiday purchase scheme of up to 10 days for the year. Performance based bonus scheme once a year Flexible working and volunteer day

Since it had been taken over by a larger conglomerate, the work culture has become more toxic. Blame culture centric which does not make employees feel valued or safe to speak out. Very process heavy system, especally around releases which leads to multiple calls and checks before being able to release - not ideal for quick releases. Takes a long time for business to adopt to new technologies and techniques Moved from remote to once weekly hybrid and then asking UK employees to attend the Horsham office x3 a week.

Pros

They offer great benefits for all employees. They also have nice perks (e.g. they pay for parking and provide lunch everyday).

Kontras

They pay staff below market rate and rarely give raises. You have to go into the office every day.
